App is incredibly complicated and not user-friendly at all. Shouldn’t take 500 key strokes just to buy a salad.
Good food, bad app
Like the food but the app doesn’t work for ordering. I have used the app in the past to place an order. But the last several months, I get an error msg & can’t place my order. It’s annoying. I then have to call the store & place it. Sometimes they are too busy to take it right away. They should fix the app. (I’ve tried both turning my phone off & on. As well as deleting the app & reloading it. Still can’t use it. Please fix it.

Unable to create account
Every time I try to create a new account, it goes into sign in instead of new account, so I am unable to make any account at all.. not a good start. Hopefully the food I just picked up is way better than the app. If you guys fix the app in an acceptable amount of time, I will change my review to five stars.

Never Disappoints
Not the best food App
Not the best app. Many choices, like extra sauce, or type of sauce not available depending on which item you select. As a result you have type into special instructions and cross your fingers. Also, does not accept Apple Pay.
