Launch Control: Morning Alarm

You didn't oversleep. You lost four minutes in six places, and left eleven minutes late anyway. Launch Control plans your morning backward from the one time you actually know: the moment you have to be out the door. Give it your leave time and the steps you do. It works out when each one has to start, and what time you need to wake for the arithmetic to hold. PLAN TOMORROW TONIGHT An evening check-in proposes tomorrow's morning, so nothing is left to decide at 7am. Keep different Mornings for different kinds of day, like a work commute, a gym start or the school run, and assign each to the days it belongs to. Move your leave time by five minutes and everything behind it moves with it. Mark a day off and nothing rings. WAKE INTO A PLAN The alarm doesn't drop you onto an empty screen. It opens the Morning Board with the whole plan ready and your wake time already derived from when you have to leave. Nine more minutes is one tap, and it comes straight out of your spare time, where you can see it. WATCH YOUR BUFFER, LIVE The Board runs one step at a time against a live countdown. Tap to start, press and hold to finish, swipe to skip. Your spare minutes stay visible, so you always know whether you're still fine or already behind. Fall behind and Launch Control names the one step worth dropping instead of telling you to hurry. A Live Activity keeps the countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. DON'T LEAVE IT BEHIND Build a Launch Kit of keys, wallet, meds, badge and lunch, then strike each item off at the door. Items can carry rules: only when it's raining, ask first, or safe to skip when you're running late. SEE WHERE THE MINUTES WENT Each week, Launch Control compares what you planned with what actually ran: the real median for every step, what you skipped and how often, what snoozing cost you, and whether the plan is quietly optimistic. It suggests one change. There's no scolding and no streak to keep up. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT KNOWS Your departure can be confirmed automatically if you turn on location, and that stays on your device.
