Horrible experience
Installed the app and booked an order for dry cleaning. Nobody bothered to pick up the order. Tried calling the customer support but no support. Finally had to cancel the order after 3 days. Money still not refunded.

They have no idea what they’re trying to do. Just because this is era of internet and communication revolution they were so hurry that they launched the app without syncing locations without doing proper homework. I wish could give less than one star.

Restrain yourself from using this pathetic service. Its already been more than a week & I still haven’t got my clothes back nor do I know the status of my order. There is absolutely zero response from their end & on top of it their customer service is highly pathetic.

Don’t trust them with your clothes.
Had given my clothes for dry cleaning. Spoilt two of my expensive T-shirts by giving to incompetent dry cleaners (Ardas Dry cleaners). Pathetic customer service, don’t have the audacity to step up to the fault and do something about it. Previous to this order, I’ve used the application twice and the delivery has happened a couple of days later than what was promised. Basically , a disaster to trust them with your clothes.

Really bad service
Had placed an order for pickup on 12th of july, no one came to pick up the order. Did not even get a call or any sort of message. Been trying to get in touch with customer service but no one is responding anywhere. Really bad first experience.
