Pick and drop off delays. Even after reminder calls and messages on WhatsApp the service and response by the Sharjah outlet is terribly slow and unprofessional.

The site layout is great, but never works. I keep getting “unauthenticated” message and app will not fully open. I used one time with no problem, I paid via the app and when my item was returned they asked for payment until I showed on the app where I paid. I give up, rather just call them
