Every time I tap to collect anything I have an ad pop up. You send more time just watching ads than playing the game.
Literally just ads
The game started out great, then as soon as you start getting into it you all the sudden can’t play. When I say ads every two seconds, I mean literally every two seconds. Got through about 6 in a row before I got annoyed and tried again later. Next time I opened it up, yep just ads ads ads. Unfortunately this game is a scam, just to get you to watch a bunch of ads. Don’t get it, wish it was real. Deleted right away.

Too many ads
I was really enjoying the game until ads started every 2 seconds. I understand you need the resource to fund the game, but you can’t even play the game cuz of so many ads. I’ll take the birds just please lessen the ads

This gave could be so addicting but the ads play every minute. It’s ridiculous. I understand using ads to keep the game free but this is a little overzealous. If you want to continue to play you have no choice but to buy the ad free version. So I’m uninstalling

I’m addicted to this game but it must have bugs. I’m also stuck on level 14.
Love it but…
This game is so addicting, however I’m literally stuck at level 15 and it won’t proceed it been like that for a couple days. Also the adds are really annoying it’s literally every two seconds. Another thing that drives me nuts is the birds they literally come just as frequently as the adds I clear 2 birds then switch to the customers and there’s automatically birds again it’s very frustrating. Pls fix,

bought no ads - still have ads
it’s a fun game, but it feels a little scammy. you’re not able to play without internet, so i bought no ads. the purchase went through, and im still getting ads. not like reward ads, but random ads, at random times. everytime it happens i close the app, re open it, and hit restore purchases, and the game is like “thank you for buying no ads!” but then like 10 minutes later i’m getting ads again.
idk if this is a bug or a scam thing, but its a waste of money.
other than that, the game is pretty fun, but there’s lots of ads.

Still same issue
Great game!
Although… with the recent bug fix over a year ago I’m still stuck with the same issue once hit level 15 you can’t go any further no matter how many times I’ve downloaded and uninstalled to see if it changes anything
Would love to keep playing to see what other stuff you can unlock but this bug fix needs sorted out

money hungry.
instead of worrying about making a decent, enjoyable game, you made a money grab. ads every 30 seconds, then you want us to watch ads in order to get the extra spots on the line. the game is so slow paced, and the birds can still peck your clothes off the rack as the ads are going so you lose clothes. its annoying. could be so much better if you could upgrade your stuff without having to wait a minute for everything to dry.

I’ve deleted and redownloaded the game probably 6 times and everytime I get stuff on level 14. I really like this game and wish I could give it 5 stars. At first I thought that’s just when the game stopped, but a review from 2 years ago says they are on level 15 or 16. Please fix it, I’d love to keep playing the game, but not being able to level up it’s getting really annoying.
Edit: your response says contact you through in app support but there’s nothing in the app that says in app support so I’m confused on how I’m suppose to contact you. I’ve tried going on your website it doesn’t have this game on there.

When I unlocked customer orders at level five, I’ve not once gotten any orders or customers, I’m just collecting tons of clothes, and I’m currently almost at level 10

Forced ads every 30 seconds make the game too frustrating to play. Deleted.
Needs Updating
I love the game but it desperately needs some help. the birds come in literally every 3-30 seconds and make it impossible to do anything and are overall really annoying, especially when you have to watch for them from two different levels. also the ads are ridiculous. they pop up quite literally every minute and they prompt you to watch ads about every 30-45 seconds and it pops up in the middle of the screen so a lot of times you accidentally click it because you were in the middle of doing something in the game.

Insane Ads
I’m honestly okay with an ad every few minutes. I get that it takes money to make apps. HOWEVER- I can’t even hit one button without an ad popping up. It’s disappointing because the first level is really fun
