Cannot reset password
The app (not me in this case) seems to have forgot my password from 2020 (maybe they reset them all at some stage?). Using forgot password brings up a blank page from the email. I tried contacting them but there’s no contact form or email address.

Amazing customer service and dry cleaning, I had no problems with the app, it was very easy to use. Much better from a few years ago, I sincerely recommend.
App seriously lacks details
What a poor app design. There’s no details about the areas it covers. You have to proceed with a booking before you learn anything 🤦♂️
Service is great - app is rubbish
The app isn’t the greatest - the service provided by the ‘laundry ladies’ is good - so once you find one you get their mobile number and then communicate that way - I get billed via email and pay same way - so don’t have to use the app once you’ve found someone in your area.
Maybe some of that Shark Tank money will go to helping making a user friendly app that adds to the service rather than detracting from it.

Great concept but needs some tweaks
I love the concept of this and pick up was a dream! Such a great app and idea. There are some bugs that need fixing, crashes when looking into your active order meaning you have to screen shot to get details before crashing.
Also order drop off has been confirmed but date pushed out 3 times after promised delivery time has lapsed. I don’t think anyone expects it delivered the next day but a eta so you can plan in advance to be at (or near) home is a non negotiable.

Could not create an account
The field for “Country Code” does not load on iOS 14 on an iPhone XS. Coins t create an account. I don’t have Facebook. Terrible app and terrible QA process

Only 1 of 8 shirts was actually ironed. Support button in app doesn’t work, contact form in website won’t submit. So, yeah...
!
My friend told me about this service and I wasn’t sure at first but i ended up using it and it is great! and for a very reasonable price. Everything went great!, clean clothes and great service. Highly recommend.
Laundry point
Thank you very much to you all specially Debbie who keeps helping me with my washing I do recommend anyone to use this company very friendly, punctual and very flexible as well. I wouldn’t know what I would do without you guys. :)
Worth it
I was a bit nervous about using this service, especially as I couldn’t find much about it. But it is worth it. After the laundromat stole $2 for me, leaving me with a bunch of dirty clothes and no soap, I thought there has to be a better way. I’m so pleased there is. The turnaround was great, you can track and call the person, and my washing arrived back folded, clean and smelling great.
