Really good game❤️ one thing I’d like though
This game is one of my favorite simulator games!! I really really like it and I recommend it to everyone, especially on long car rides or if your just looking for a fun game. But I’d like more FREE story modes I like what there is but you need more FREE stories please!! But thank you so much for this game!!Also a restocking employee!!

Pretty good
I love this game but one problem I’m CONSTANTLY having is that it keeps crashing. At the end of the day, beginning of the day, middle of the shift. This is causing me to lose progress. Yes, I know that I can save at the beginning and end of shift, but I obviously can’t in the middle. Other than the constant crashing, the game is great!

Hard to play
When I opened the game to play I wasn’t able to press the buttons I had to press for awhile just to pick stuff up
Customers leaving their baskets to be washed and never coming back when it’s done.
This game has to be the best simulator game I've ever played in my life, and I love the new updates!. My employees can finally can never wait until the iron employees can finish the baskets Just to put another one and just repeat the process. But here's one problem that I had ,So I just bought the new storylines, and there's this one story that they recently added about a clown who wants to work with you to promote your store, and it's basically like the mascots that you have to buy with real money. But here's a problem. Instead of making me more money the customers keep going in and leaving your baskets and then never return to get it, and that's really bothering me because it was a huge missed opportunity to get money But overall, it's still the best similar game I've ever played, and I should highly recommend it to players who love simulator games.

More frustrating than before
The game has been great except for a few things Alva still doesn’t work well after the big room is unlocked also when I bought a few addons like no addons hats, no adds, story pack, mascot, and the ballon inflatable mascot every time I close out the game I have to redownload all those addons
Leftover laundry baskets
I loveeeee this game. And I love the new update!!! One thing I’ve noticed though is that sometimes at the end of my laundry day, there will be baskets of clothes that customers didn’t come back for. There will also be some customers who come to get their laundry and their basket can’t be found so they stand there until I go to the next day.

Ads purchased not working
I had brought the ad removal in the game cause there are just way too many ads. I had logged out and when I went back on later I have ads again. I thought it was a one time purchase but I’m still getting ads? I would like it fixed and/or a refund please.
Bugs after new update
Hello, I really love this game, I have played it for a long time now and really really enjoy it, I love the new updates and enjoy the fact that your team continually update and improve the game; however there seems to be a bug in the new update where customers won’t come to collect their laundry, even at the end of the day, there will be a full shelf of laundry waiting to be collected.

Has a glitch after updating
I was playing this game normally fine until I updated the game . There is a glitch where every thing disappears and I cannot access inside the laundry room or coin laundry area. Please fix this issue.
Very buggy update
Game doesn’t work after update. When the game loads up, there are some weird messages and I can’t even get into my laundromat at all

I don’t recommend this game it is very fun but if you don’t pay for the ad free version. you will get hit with an ad like every three minutes. and on top of that the game will crash every 5 to 10 minutes for no reason. it’s a shame.
