WHAT IT TELLS YOU • Put it out now, wait, or don't bother — one answer, in colour, at the top of the screen • The best window today, and how long a load will take in it • Why: temperature, humidity, wind, sun and rain, hour by hour • The next seven days, so you can pick your day HOW IT WORKS This is not a rain check. Washing dries by evaporation, so the app models the three things that drive it: how much more moisture the air could hold, how much wind is moving across the line, and how much sun is falling on it. That is why a bright, still, humid day can dry worse than a breezy grey one. Tell it about your line — full sun or sheltered — and how big the load is, and every number adjusts. DRYING INDOORS No garden, or a week of rain? Switch to indoor and it estimates a clothes airer instead: no sun, and very little moving air.
