Lost? Missing? Six Months
I dropped off a shirt and pants for dry cleaning. A week later or so I got a text saying it was delivered. It wasn’t. I contacted customer service. They resent a code for a locker, which didn’t even work. I reached out again. No response. I eventually gave up. Fast forward six months and I decided to give them another chance because it’s convenient. A week after the order, I get the delivery. Of the clothes I dropped off six months ago. I hope they get it together but I would recommend that people stay away until they do.

Amazing and Convenient
LaundryUp is a fantastic service. All I needed to do was place an order via a phone app, place my things in a locker, and wait. I had my clothes laundered and pressed, but also had a blanket washed/dried. The turn around time was about 3 days. I am very happy that my apartment works with LaundryUp, so I never have to go to the dry cleaners again. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

Works great
Saves me the hassle of doing my own laundry. Way faster than my local dry cleaner and haven’t had any issues with my clothes. I prefer the app to placing orders on the website.
