Downloaded via fb and paid 0.80 odd pence and nothing wanted to see result took me to subscription page did NOT subscribe and now days later £10.99 came out of my bank and no evidence anywhere to show I’ve subscribed and no way to cancel it such a scam should not have bothered . Do not download it will take money regardless and now I have to wait to get money back as well

I downloaded this app due to an add on TikTok and they advertised a low fee so I paid with my Apple Pay. However, it mentioned that in 3 days I’m gonna be charged a full membership if I not cancel it soon, which I did, however I was still charged and when I contacted Zotlo(that is the company they work with) they say I don’t have any subscriptions with Laura, but they still charged me and I showed them my account and they did nothing. 3 weeks later I was charged again, I can’t believe that for using 1 day this app I got charge $50. That’s not fair, not recommended at all.

Tratan de robarte dinero. Hace un tiempo descargué la aplicación para ver qué tal era y pagué algo. Después, vi una reseña que decía que le habían robado dinero a alguien; a raíz de eso, desinstalé la aplicación y bloqueé mi tarjeta. Menos mal que lo hice, porque un tiempo después me llegaron notificaciones de que intentaron realizar pagos, pero obviamente no se concretaron gracias a que la tarjeta estaba bloqueada.
