TERRIBLE
The app itself is wonderful, easy to navigate through. The clothes look super cute too. But sadly the customer service is garbage. I received a defective skirt and emailed them about their return policy-no response. I emailed again, finally they responded asking for my order number. I replied then no response. I have emailed again and am waiting. I fear it’s already too late to even try to return anything. I will never purchase from this company again.

1st of all I just want to say I love Laura. She’s so humble and down to earth.
2nd of all, I wanted to say I love how easy it is to shop through the app.
3rd. They have the BEST customer service.
I placed my first order a few days ago and tried logging on to check the status. It wasn’t letting me. I found a way to contact them through email. Within minutes they replied and told me to download the app. I was able to check my account from there. Two days later I was having trouble signing in. I contacted them again. Within 2 minutes they replied and told me to verify my account. After I did that I was able to sign in to my account.
I felt like I was having trouble with a friend and all I had to do was text them to get things sorted out. Thank you for having great customer service! I look forward to shopping with you guys again!!
Btw... I just placed my order 3 days ago and I should be receiving it tomorrow. I’m so excited!
