Your activity, worth sharing

About
Laurel reads your activity from Apple Health and turns it into a card worth sharing.
The problem with fitness numbers is that nobody can picture them. 570 calories means nothing. Two slices of pizza means something. That's all Laurel does, and it does it well.
WHAT YOU GET
Open the app and today's card is already made. Finish a workout and the next one is waiting. There's nothing to log, nothing to fill in, and no dashboard to maintain.
Every card pairs your number with something you can actually see in your head:
• 600 calories — two cheeseburgers
• 21,480 steps — the Burj Khalifa, seven times over
• 2.3 miles — the National Mall
• 45 minutes — long enough for two TV episodes
• 13.1 miles ridden — the length of Manhattan
• 26.2 miles ridden — a marathon
BUILT TO SHARE
Cards export at story size, ready for Instagram, WhatsApp or a group chat. Add your handle and it travels with the card.
ALSO INSIDE
• A history of every card you've made
• The places your distance has added up to, with a fact about each one
• Route maps for GPS workouts
• Quiet notifications when a workout earns a card, capped so they never become noise
WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY USE
Laurel reads Apple Health, so anything writing workouts there shows up automatically — Apple Watch, Strava, Peloton, and most fitness trackers. There's nothing separate to connect.
YOUR HEALTH DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-up. No Laurel server. Your activity is read on your phone, turned into a card on your phone, and stays there. Delete the app and it's gone.
The one exception is route maps: drawing one sends that route's coordinates to Mapbox to render the image. Anonymous crash reports and counts of which features get opened help us fix things, never include any health data, and can be switched off in Settings. All of it is spelled out at getlaurel.app/privacy.
Laurel does not provide medical advice.
