Doesn’t work on new iPhone
App crashes anytime I try to launch the video on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Thought it was my phone so tried it on my husbands 15 Pro, same thing. Works on old Samsung.

This app is horrible. It crashes every time I try to view the live feed. Worst. App. Ever.

Doesn’t work with iOS 17
After update to iOS 17, the app stop working. Every time you try to view a camera, it just forces you out of the app. I had tried on 3 different model iPhones all on iOS 17, with same results. Restoring iPhone to factory settings, resetting iPhone, deleting app and reinstalling, still doesn’t work. The app works fine on iOS 16 and under. This app needs a update.

Problems
Usually have no issues. Been good for over a year. Now all of a sudden when I go to view live video or playback video it kicks me out of the app..very strange.

App shut down
Every time I click on one of my cameras to view the live feed the app shuts down. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I’ve shut down and reset my phone. Nothings works. The app used to work just fine. Starting about 2 weeks ago the app started shutting down.
Needs updating
I have been using this app for a few years now and have had no issues. All of a sudden the app starts shutting down every time I try to look at the doorbell camera. It’s gotten to the point the app won’t even open. Looks like this app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. I think it’s time to update it so I can actually use the products I purchased.

The application no longer works if your phone is current on IOS 17.2
Crashes every time I try to use
It used to work, but now the app crashes and just disappears from my iPhone screen every time I try to click on one of my cameras. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but does the same thing. I cannot access any of my cameras from my phone.
App Doesn’t Work
The app opens but will not play any recordings or allow access to the camera. When trying to access the camera or recordings, the app closes making the camera unusable.
Do not buy unless you want to have problems.
Does not work with latest apple update to phone so now I may have to trash the system and get a different one because of their lack of support for their systems.

Unable to open cameras
I updated to iOS 17.1.1 and I am unable to open my security cameras after this update.
App closes for iPhone 15 Pro Max
It used to work fine on my old phone (XR) but it is not working for new phones and needs an update. App terminates when opening the video feed. Tried to delete and reinstall the app but the issue persists.
