已反應好幾個月，指紋或手機app開鎖皆不會通知，一直沒有解決，後續服務真得有待加強

換i16後完全不能操作

經常斷線

經常斷線，攝影機畫質也沒很好
斷線後不但無法觀看即時影像

遠端遙控門鎖的功能也一併失效
有跟沒有一樣，需要用到的時候卻無法使用
還不如自己裝小米攝影機

機殼及IC板鎖點裂損
客服表示無法保固，說可能是人為碰撞造成損壞

我攝影機固定在牆壁上，從未移動過，也未掉落過
要不是無法連線，前去檢查也不會發現機殼因鎖點裂損，差點整個解體
就這種售後服務及連線品質
實在不建議大家安裝企鵝攝影機

單門鎖使用上沒什麼問題
就那個攝影機狀況一堆
偏偏遠端開鎖功能要透過攝影機當媒介才能操作
