This version has been a down grade
It looks a bit nicer but the added animations glitch out and cause the app to freeze. The old version showed how many tickets were piling up this version you have no idea how many tickets there are unless you scroll through them. My staff has been extremely frustrated. The app also crashes if you reopen closed tickets. At least once or twice a day tickets stop going through as well. I had to replace my old iPad and when I downloaded the app I didn't know it had changed and there is no way to go back. Please lavu fix these issues this is an extremely important part of my business and the system it needs to be reliable.

Dropped Orders No Back-Up
We thought that when we got this program that it would be a great way to cut down paper costs, however the program is not reliable, dropping orders, freezing during busy hours, no memory backup when the orders are dropped. This happens more than once a day and always when it's during our lunch/dinner rush.
We called customer service and they're solution was to reboot the iPad itself, which takes about five minutes. Now this sounds like a reasonable solution...but in a restaurant that takes in orders every thirty seconds-minute, this would back up the orders, postpone service and food, which is terrible for any restaurant business.
We are aware that the KDS program is fairly new, and that all the kinks are still being worked out, the idea behind the program is great, but it isn't worth investing in before they are fixed.

I wish it was more reliable
I was really looking forward to this system but am having a lot of reliability problems. The app randomly crashes and any orders that were up are gone and going back and finding them and resenting them is a nightmare, and there is no telling what tickets were lost. I'm reconsidering getting a printer my employees think the whole thing is a joke. I really just want it to work. Also I wish the kids had more options there really isn't much to it. Especially for a hundred bucks and for an app the isn't reliable.

Almost Perfect
Functions excellently. Seem less integration with poslavu. This app saved my butt when my kitchen printer went down. Down side no adjustable font size/ ticket width size. 10 tickets deep with a few 8 tops and it could become a nightmare.
