BEWARE!
I tried to cancel my subscription and was unable to scroll down past an offer to keep for a lower price. I didn’t want to accept the offer but there was no way to scroll all the way down to get to the cancel button. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with users. There is no other way to cancel the subscription.

Very glitchy app
The app is glitchy on mobile and even worse on Apple TV. You can’t exit a video the sound keeps playing, and scrolling doesn’t work well, have to completely close out app and start over.
Don’t waste your money
Super upset! Paid for a year subscription tried to go through it and the app was blank, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and tried to log in and it is saying no account found with email provided choose to create account and it doesn’t except my password even though it fits the requirements. I’m about to file a claim for the payment and never try the app again

Useless and Unusable App
Cannot even access content. Attempted to create an account and it crashes every time. I then tried to skip that step, all I had was a blank screen. When I clicked on only button available, pricing plans, it continually buffers, and then freezes. Only way to stop it hard close.

I hate the playback expired thing, that doesn’t happen on any other app. I also wish the Picture in Picture thing becomes available on that app. And I want it to go back to where I left off not start over. But it does have cool shows.

Deceptive misleading poor content
I joined with through an offer for a “free trial” so that I could view content. Upon joining, I went in and canceled the trial so that I would not accidentally pay the $3.99 monthly fee.
When I proceeded to cancel, I was presented an offer of $1.99 a month for 3 months. Finding this reasonable, I accepted and opted not to cancel.
Today, I sign in and see that my “free trial” has been removed and I’ve now been charged $3.99.
Now I go back to cancel because I find this practice to be highly deceptive and misleading. AND I CANNOT. Instead, I get an error message.
Further, the extent of the content is misleading when customers are browsing to determine if a subscription is worth it. It’s not worth it.

UNMANAGEABLE
I just downloaded this worthless app and signed up for a subscription, thinking it might be required for it to work right, but still cannot do anything on it. Zero search results come up when searching “Karen Read trial”, even though there’s a courtroom feed on my YouTube. I give up! Gonna immediately cancel my subscription to nothing and delete this app.

I wish I had never clicked subscribe. I’m not finding any live trials, yet they are on the Court TV and for free!

I don’t understand why they don’t upload past covered trials to view? It doesn’t seem to me that it would be that difficult and what customers want to have access to.
Waste of Money
I have subscribed each of the last two years only to be terribly disappointed. I thought I would be able to get live trials to watch, but that has not been the case at all. I cannot find any live trials.
Whenever I try to go into my account, all I get is a message saying “verifying account.” It never says if my account is verified or not.
Don’t waste your money on this, folks. Watch Court TV instead. Of course, they drag out the coverage and have a lot of ads, but at least you can see live trial coverage.

I love the app but the links need to be changed from dark blue to yellow or something with contrast. I have to strain to read the clickable links because it’s blue on black.
No more live trials?
I no longer can access ad-free/commentator-free live trials on this app. I am current on my annual subscription, so that’s not the issue. I have emailed their customer service 3 times to see if there is perhaps a new way to access live trials but have gotten no response. What is the point of paying for this channel (albeit just 19.99 annually) with no occasional ad free trials to watch? May as well just watch CourtTV which is free.

Pros and cons
I have no complaints about being able to access the app easily on my iPhone. Also I have had no crashes as other reviewers have alluded to. And the live trial content is ad free and moderator free, so a joy to watch when you find a trial of interest. HOWEVER, in the past few months I have found no or only sporadic listings of live trials on the Live TV site on the app. What’s up with that? I nevertheless just renewed my membership, which I have mixed feelings about. I have heard nothing back from customer service either.
This use to be a pretty great streaming service, and I hope they can get it together again.

Don’t Buy Law & Crime!
App won’t allow you to create an account to sign in. They don’t respond to repeated requests for support.And the app now immediately crashes whenever it’s opened. It’s a joke!
Apple and Google need to remove this app as they’re selling a nonworking product that paying customers cannot access.

Wish it Was Free
I would have given this a five star as I like watching this network so I was pleased that there was an app that I could download. I am disappointed in regards to the app that it’s not free they expect you to sign in and pay to be able to take full advantage of the app and to watch it live.
I am really disappointed because i would have supported the app if it was free. I give you two stars for the effort but I am not impressed because not a lot of people are able to pay for this as money is tight right now for people and I’m included in this.

Having trouble
I subscribed to this and have really enjoyed it but today for some reason it has stopped working and there’s no way of contacting app support
Constantly Crashes and Freezes

App keeps crashing
The app only opens for 1 second. Also, I tapped on App Support and there’s a bunch of error messages on the web page. Why now during the trial of the decade?!!
