Simple but powerful tool
I had this timer about 10y ago in my phone and used it for a while. Then I changed phones, forgot about the all. Now, I’m back to the LOA game. It really works. This app is simple but powerful.
My app has stopped working.

This would be worthwhile if it continued more than 68 seconds. It’s interruptive to have to reset it every minute. I can’t believe they charge for this!

I love this app for helping me focus on positive thoughts. It's quick and easy to use, wherever you are. I always feel better after I've used it. The update makes it even better.

This is a great app which helps me help raise my vibration or focus on my desire. I love the choice of colours and sounds (or no sound) to suit my mood. Thank you for developing this, I was reading about the 17 / 68 second method last night and this really helps me focus.

Perfect for focussing
Great app to get focused - only 68 seconds so it's brilliant to use in those little dead times like waiting for a train or bus or when your partner nips out of the room & you have to put the TV show on pause. Brilliant!

I love this app. It works really well when utilizing it for gratitude and helping you feel more untuned with your inner being. I like using it for topics I'm grateful for as there is less resistance and it is extremely easy to stay on those topics for those seconds. I also like how it breaks it up and you have the sound and the picture. Great app!

Helps maintain focus
You would think that 68 seconds would be easy to hold, but it's not! Using this app helps me to maintain a positive focus on what I would like to manifest in my life. Great app!

This Abeprocess is such a wonderful way to raise my vibration quickly, and I tend to do it more often because the app makes it easy! And I like the colors and sounds and the vortexy visual. Way more fun than using the clock's timer! Much appreciation here!
Great app concept!
This app is great. Having such great mini meditations with it. I just wish it had an option to keep the meditation going longer past 68 sec. This app really gets me in the meditative state and I'd like to keep that coasting even after I've met the 68 sec goal
