Doesn’t always accept the payment, always a delay. Then when I think it hasn’t worked, I pay again and then have 30 mins drying instead of 15 that I wanted
Quick and Easy
I needed to do laundry before boarding a cruise in Barcelona. The concierge of the hotel suggested LaWash which was a short and easy walk. I installed the app which was super simple to use. Signage was in multiple languages including English.
A little expensive, but totally worth it
My apartment doesn’t have a machine dryer, and there’s not a lot of space to set up a drying rack, which makes washing and drying large garments very difficult. La Wash is a perfect—I go here once a month to wash and dry 3 sets of linen (fluffy blankets, bedsheets, towels, bathmats, etc.) During the autumn and winter months, it would take almost 24 hours for my things to dry in my apartment (plus I would have to do it multiple times, because I don’t have the space to dry everything), but with LaWash I can get all that laundry done in about 2 hours.
It’s a little pricey, but considering the wash cycle is around 30 minutes with softener included and it would take at most 45 minutes to fully dry even my towels and blankets, it’s totally worth it.

La app funciona muy bien, es rápida e intuitiva 👌
App muy mejorable
No coincide el tiempo de la maquina con el tiempo que pone la app. Para dar feedback dentro de la app te pide teléfono y mail. El mail ya debería estar puesto porque estoy logueado. Y pedir datos como el teléfono obligatoriamente no me parece bien.
App y empresa deficientes
La app está llena de bugs y la experiencia de usuario deja bastante que desear. Además de esto, SIEMPRE tengo problemas en la misma lavandería de Barcelona, es como si estuviese funcionando de forma ilegal. NUNCA es encontrada por la app, NUNCA se puede escanear un QR para pagar desde la app… Revisen la disponibilidad REAL de los centros en la app.

Te dicen que la primera vez que usas la app te regalan un euro, pues no, no te regalan nada, acabo de instalar la app, la acabo de usar por primera vez, ni se ha conectado el móvil al Wi-Fi, ni me han regalado el euro y he hecho dos lavados y ahora voy a hacer dos secadoras.
