LayosCamp – Summer Camps

LayosCamp is the app of LayosCamp summer camps, a family business since 1985. It is used by the families of our campers and by our team of camp counselors, each with their own account. FOR FAMILIES Sign in with the same account you used to enrol your child on layoscamp.com. · Their summer at a glance: the session, the camp and how many days are left until it starts. · On departure day, when they got on the bus and when they arrived at camp. · Their travel details and their health form, which you can correct if something changes. Any change reaches our office. · Your enrolment payments: what has been paid, what is left and when it is due. · Practical information about their camp: the phone call schedule, the address for sending letters and the phone numbers. · Camp photos and important notices, on your phone. If you have more than one child enrolled, you can switch between them with one tap. FOR OUR CAMP COUNSELORS Sign in with your counselor credentials. · Your sessions and the rooming of your group. · The daily tests of your campers. · Day-to-day notes, so the team and the office are kept in the loop. · Your profile and your documents, such as certificates and agreements. · Notices about your session. PRIVACY AND DATA The app handles data about minors, so each person only sees what concerns them: a family, their own children; a counselor, their own session. Each child's health form can only be seen and changed in the app by their parents or guardians. Information is encrypted in transit, it is not shared with third parties for advertising and the app has no ads. You can delete your account from within the app or ask us at dpo@layoscamp.com. Counselors can also request it on our website without signing in.
