Finally one that works!
LazyNotes has been a total game changer for me. I’m a full-time student with ADHD, and this is the first app I’ve found that lets me record long notes, set up custom prompts, and still works perfectly when my screen turns off. It’s super reliable and makes staying organized so much easier. I can’t wait to use it when school starts back—it’s going to make a huge difference. Highly recommend!

Makes it super simple to record meetings and get emailed transcriptions and summaries. I like customizing the prompts.
Use for in person meetings
I’ve long relied on gong or note taker plugins for zoom but there’s a real gap when it comes to in-person meetings. This app is really simple (hit record, emails you summary you can adjust) and fills that need and worth the upgrade after the free trial.

The beauty of this app is its simplicity and the quality of the notes, which often need only a cursory read-through before sign-off or distribution.
