Driver’s Perspective
From the perspective of a tech savvy driver, this app has a lot of bugs. I cannot speak to the back end admin side of things, but the app always freezes and crashes. Whenever I have an active run I am always logged out. When I finish my run I am forced to log back in and forced to reenter my run details, including start mileage, etc.
THEN, can finally log off and enter my final run details.

Horrible App Do Not Waste Your CO’s $$
This app is awful. My company uses it & it has not worked properly from Day 1. Just went through a complete App rebuild & it still doesn’t function-not function properly but function at all. I hope the ppl whom developed this hit their shins on tow hitches everyday for the rest of their lives!

Commercial driver review
Pros : they have a support team has built in fleet management, logbooks & photographable vehicle damage for each bus.
Cons: as of right now (for iOS )there is still major bugs with the logbook/ status updates. It wont let you change your status off duty/ driving/ on duty UNLESS you have a good cell signal. If you are in a poor reception area or no signal IT WILL NOT LET YOU GET INTO or use the program.
That’s a major pain if you have no cell signal or wifi. So later and try to change the log when you have a signal and its really buggy and takes 7 entries to fix because it starts screwing up on its own.
In other words, it still has bugs. I tried calling and giving LBC support tips on how to improve, they were like YEAH WELL LET SOMEONE know and nothing happened.
Another pain using this program. Even if you leave it running in the background EVERYTIME you want to change your duty status (driving/off/on duty) IT ASKS YOU TO CHOOSE THE VEHICLE , CLOCK IN OR OUT AND THEN VERIFY CITY ETC. CDL driver—Not a fan
Trying to be positive here, but there is a lot of improvements that need to be done for this app. Came from another CDL electronic logbook app that was WAY BETTER in every way. Very cumbersome so far with LBC FLEET on iOS 16.1.2
