You have a discounted promo for booking balikbayan boxes pickup using the app express in USD but your app does not let a US based user to schedule a pickup in US!. Lastly i have long shipping with you via lbchome website which login creds doesn’t work with your app. Very poorly done.
International Customers NOT Allowed
U.S. clients can’t sign up to mobile app because the telephone number was set for Philippine numbers in default. Kinda not making sense because most of their clients sending packages are from

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing — U.S. Numbers Not Supported
I tried to create an account on the LBC Express app, but it does not accept U.S. phone numbers. Many customers living in the United States use LBC to send packages to the Philippines, so the app should support international users.
I was hoping to use the app for easier shipping and promotions, but I cannot even register. Please update the app to allow U.S. phone numbers and improve access for overseas customers.

Only work with PH phone number
I send balikbayan box to the Philippines from the US. How can I even create an account when it only allows philippine phone number to register?
