I admire the hard work and efforts by the Secretary of State Mr. Rajji, in correcting the identity of our poets of Lebanese descent. The app keeps logging me out and asking me to renew my subscription. I renewed it twice for three months but it keeps logging me out after a couple of weeks. I finally renewed my subscription for a full year thinking that I was making a mistake. I am now logged out again. This is the third time in the past couple of months.
I have had this app for years and it always renewed my subscription automatically without any issue. Does this happen to others?

LBCI APP. is not user friendly. I couldn’t manage my account. When subscribing, you stated that I can cancel my subscription any time. That is impossible, I couldn’t do it online. I sent you an email to cancel, but you didn’t answer.
In USA this amounts to a fraudulent transaction. I request that you to cancel my subscription which happened on July 1st 2025. If you want to take the first $ 17.99 let be, but cancel the auto pay for further charges. I emailed you that I have Dish Network and can watch your programs.

Good app and a respectfull channel for genuine news, but recently ads are so annoying. In my opinion 20 to 30 seconds of ads for each news is not a good way to push us to subscribe to the paid chanel. Myself i downloaded another free news app and started to discard lbci app.

Usability is very poor. I can’t watch videos on my phone. Can’t scroll or skip videos. I can’t access my personal account on the app I need to log into the website.
Im warning you to not subscribe this application/you cant cancel subscription
I’m being charged every month because they have no cancellation . They say they do and I have tried all the ways they offered through the application, on my mac lab top, on my apple account as well and didnt work. They said if I cant see the subscription button on the app it means that the subscription is already cancelled and thats why I thought its canceled, which I found to be wrong. You should never be on Apple store.
