Sigh
Slow, clunky, seems to require daily updating. Sometime it hangs, mysteriously, for what seems like aeons. Granted it is slightly better than in previous years, but that’s not saying much. I have higher hopes of Olympia’s Olympian “renovations” reaching completion than I do this app becoming acceptably minimally buggy.

Keeps requiring updates
Not as good as the app last year. I really like having the agenda and the ability to save seminars to refer back to later, but it’s a shame the app is unreliable for use on the day! Have had 3+ updates in the past three days, even if you download the night before, you can be stuck at book fair without access to the app the next morning. Please make it static next year, I’ve had to rely on screenshots of the schedule. The constant updates make it unusable!

Stuck
Unfortunately stuck on opening screen all day at book fair. Had to give up and use website. But works fine at home!
Doesn’t work.
I’ve installed and updated this app many times to no avail, it doesn’t work and never appears to do anything. It is most frustrating to say the least and I’m extremely disappointed as this really hasn’t helped my book fair 2025 experience to say the least. Not impressed.
Appalling App
Completely useless. Took forever to download. Won’t open. For the magnitude of this event, this is a huge fail.

App stuck on opening screen
App has been updated repeatedly over the last few days. Last night it was working. Now, as LBF starts, its is stuck in the opening screen!
Pathetic
Poorly implemented app. Can’t add session to calendar. Missing exhibitor list. Can’t leave more than one feedback. Slow updates and downloads.
App error now rectified
App won’t recognise registration but has been explained as due to not being live yet. It’s now been rectified and all is working as expected. Thanks
