Developed as part of the Love Compassion Hope initiative, Stand Down provides practical tools designed for veterans who need support during difficult moments — whether that’s managing flashbacks, decompressing after stress, or reconnecting with purpose after service. This app combines grounding techniques, recovery tools, and peer-centered support to help veterans regain control, rebuild stability, and move forward. Immediate Reset Mode A quick-access feature offering breathing exercises, sensory grounding, and rapid calming tools when you need them most. Moral Injury and Trauma Support Tools that address guilt, grief, and the emotional weight many veterans carry after service.
