Great customer service!
Just spent about an hour on the phone with one of their technicians to fix some issues with my app and the in-unit controller. Worked all the bugs out, awesome customer service!
Junk Junk
This is an awful app, brand new RV and cannot login to app without it saying change password. Been that way since April.
App
I upgraded to Tire Linc Pro hoping that the Apple CarPlay on screen could replace having my phone on constantly. Seems like if the phone isn’t on, the CarPlay app doesn’t refresh. Could be improved by adding this to Live Activities. That way you can use GPS and monitor TPMS Live.
Terrible
This is the most unreliable system I've ever used. This is the only thing that makes me want to trade in my RV for something that doesn't have this. It will either not respond or connect, completely forget everything, or currently even after deleting and redownloading the app it will open the app and connect to the RV but there are literally no settings showing up. If my one control screen breaks again (it has before) then I'll have zero ways to control my ac. If I could figure out a way to get rid of this system I'd pay a lot of money to do so.

Camera failure
Camera comes on for a few seconds then it asks for password over and over

It works, but barely.
Every update is a step backwards. CarPlay used to work with Tire Linc, but is now broken. Bluetooth takes entirely too long to connect, and I constantly get “tank over limit” warnings for tanks that are empty.
Keeps crashing
The app has not worked for moths. Every time I click on my camera the app crashes. Support has not clued when the issue will be fixed.
Garbage
This app, along with every other Lippert app is garbage! Nothing will connect to phone or car (for tpms) I even had a Lippert employee at a rally who couldn’t get them to work. Save your money from buying Lippert junk and go with a 3rd party in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!!!!!
Buggy
Background battery usage is extremely high, even when not using the app ios says it uses 25% of my battery while in the background….
Worked before the update
The app worked before but ever since this last update, it fail maintain connection to my Bluetooth on my phone. I have set it all up again and it will connect one time. After that, it fails to auto connect to my phone and have to repeat the cycle. Annoying and worthless now.

This app was constantly running in the background even when closed and draining my battery
Awesome
Bought a camper then after owning it for months was used. I found this app and my camper had the QR code barely visible it was able to scan and I am astounded with the features you can do turn on light move slide awning. And more trying not to make a big post but. 100% insanely cool
Will Not Pair
This app was working fairly well until recently. One, it won’t let you clear faults from the app, you have to go into the rig and clear them on the touch screen. Now all of a sudden my iPhone won’t pair with the controller. Nothing has changed on my end. I try to pair again and the app keeps spinning but the touch screen shows pairing successful, but not on my phone. This very frustrating, I have tried at least ten time to no affect

No need for authentication when the system is Bluetooth only and no network connection
Upgrades that are Downgrades
One Control upgrades are actually downgrades. My app use to provide me with voltage— but is no longer. What is the point of all this progress? Nada.

WiFi at start up
It’s not technically a problem. More of an inconvenience.
Everytime I open the app, I have to wait 30 seconds or a bit longer before I can actually control anything. It starts out in WiFi mode but my modules must only be available via Bluetooth.

One control
Whoever designed this piece of Shxx is an idiot. It tried to get you to log in to Lippert but the join my rv keeps blocking it and keeps you from doing anything. Also it don’t work remotely!!!
App logs user out
The app has some great features. The app repeatedly……repeatedly logs the user out. Part of the reason to use an app is to be able to login with saved credentials. This is basic. Basic.
Horrible app
Has got to be the worse app I’ve ever used. UI is terrible and app never works.
