Was good now data harvest
Used to be half decent and only wanted the vin number to activate. Now it wants constant location, exact location, Bluetooth, WiFi, vin number, make and model, dental records and your first born son. Even after that it takes so long trying to harvest that data it can’t even sync up except occasionally to say it thinks the trailer is in motion which you then have to hit the lights button and still might be locked out.

Lost my checklist
I just liked this app, but with the most recent update I lost all my checklist. Not sure what they did, but not happy. We are full time and I really like that feature and it took a long time to set it up, now they are all gone. Disappointing.
Worst app for campers
A couple years ago they changed how you connect to your camper. WiFi required while camping?! Are you serious?!?!

Old version
I have said many times, if you get it working NEVER update. I have old version on four iPhones and a tablet, it works great. I occasionally try the new app, of course it does not work,right. My version is 6
Years old, I have iPhone backup so when I try new one I can go back to the old one. Lippert needs to have a little compassion (not) and allow the older version to be accessible since it works fine on my GD Momentum WiFi. Give your users the OPTION to use older software that you have not broken by playing with it. Sometimes you just don’t need to update something if it works until you figure out how to test it other than throwing it out and see who screams.

Terrible response and connection
The app constantly disconnects from the camper’s panel. It takes several minutes to reconnect and sometimes just doesn’t reconnect at all. This is a nightmare for a GD momentum with a goose box that has to have the lever held open when the jacks are raised.
Horrible connectivity and Video feed is blurry
It seems like the developers of this camera they didn’t even try there’s no software update updates. The camera is extremely blurry. I can’t tell the difference between a bush and a kid. I’ve only connected to it twice and both times after the first use for whatever reason it just drops you and then you can log back in you have to I really, really unhappy with this product really unhappy with Forest River because when I think of American made, I think of quality and this is not really bad quality craftsmanship all the way around the technology on this camera needs to be updated I wish there was a way that I can at least get reimbursed for some of these features. I don’t even work.

Terrible
I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star. I have never been able to use it. It is always logging me out. I have to continually put all the information back in for it to kick me out again. Absolutely terrible
App is great…. When it’ll open
The app will open perfectly fine and then randomly it will stop working. I can’t open the app. It goes to load and it shuts off.
Connectivity Issues
This app goes in spells; it’s good for a while then there’s a ton of connectivity issues. Currently, it CONSTANTLY disconnects while trying to operate awnings and slides; disconnecting 2-3 in the 30 second operation of either. This app is often far more frustration than it’s worth.

Just spent about an hour on the phone with one of their technicians to fix some issues with my app and the in-unit controller. Worked all the bugs out, awesome customer service!
Junk Junk
This is an awful app, brand new RV and cannot login to app without it saying change password. Been that way since April.

I upgraded to Tire Linc Pro hoping that the Apple CarPlay on screen could replace having my phone on constantly. Seems like if the phone isn’t on, the CarPlay app doesn’t refresh. Could be improved by adding this to Live Activities. That way you can use GPS and monitor TPMS Live.
Terrible
This is the most unreliable system I've ever used. This is the only thing that makes me want to trade in my RV for something that doesn't have this. It will either not respond or connect, completely forget everything, or currently even after deleting and redownloading the app it will open the app and connect to the RV but there are literally no settings showing up. If my one control screen breaks again (it has before) then I'll have zero ways to control my ac. If I could figure out a way to get rid of this system I'd pay a lot of money to do so.

Camera failure
Camera comes on for a few seconds then it asks for password over and over

Please fix the app!
Every time I start the app it requires me to log in. Many times I’m without cell coverage, so I can’t access the app at all!

It works, but barely.
Every update is a step backwards. CarPlay used to work with Tire Linc, but is now broken. Bluetooth takes entirely too long to connect, and I constantly get “tank over limit” warnings for tanks that are empty.
Keeps crashing
The app has not worked for moths. Every time I click on my camera the app crashes. Support has not clued when the issue will be fixed.
Garbage
This app, along with every other Lippert app is garbage! Nothing will connect to phone or car (for tpms) I even had a Lippert employee at a rally who couldn’t get them to work. Save your money from buying Lippert junk and go with a 3rd party in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!!!!!

Background battery usage is extremely high, even when not using the app ios says it uses 25% of my battery while in the background….
