The Sales Operations App (also know as the SO App) will allow Lotus experts at Agents and Stores internationally to manage leads, opportunities, reservations, orders, test drives, customer handovers and more. This allows our retailers to assit customers with their needs besides our online direct to consumer solutions. This App can be used by Lotus contracted Agents and Employees and access is provided via internal distribution.
