Unable to complete movin checklist
This is a nightmare! I have been unable to complete move in check list and the apartment has been nothing but uncooperative.
Terrible redesign, terrible app
When we moved in we were required to download this app as well as 2 others. First of all, why have a section to talk to management if no one monitors or responds?! Second, I can’t clear notifications or do anything useful other than book amenities. If we only downloaded this so management can communicate with us, why not let us communicate back through the app. I feel like this app could’ve been web-based and saved everyone time and money.

Redesign is a nightmare
This app is a disaster since the redesign. Push notifications don’t work. Text message notifications send me 10 reminders in 30 minutes about a new package!!! Can’t delete old messages so now my messages are spammed by all those reminders and I’m not getting notified about anything from management.
Problems with resident portal
I keep having issues with this app.
App has not worked for 3 weeks!!
Is there an issue with the app? Please Assist.
Cannot login
Cannot login. When I click on Forgot Password, I cannot reset the password. The app is pretty much useless to me and my property manager is insisting I use it to complete my move-in checklist.

Can Not Login
I haven’t been able to login to the app for 3-4 months now. I spoke with building management about it about 2 months ago, they said would push a ticket forward but still no joy for me. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app numerous times. When I press ‘Reset Password’ and create one that matches the criteria, I get an error message stating that sign in is not authorized. Oddly enough, I can see how many unread messages I have in the app because I get a badge icon, just can’t go into the app. This is pretty poor because I have no way to learn of building news. Please fix it!

Multiple log in
This app use to be a ‘one-step’ login. Now I have to log in three times in order to get into this App.
-when I click on the App I have to login with my email
-Then I received a passcode that’s sent to my email. Then I use the passcode to complete the verification.
-Lastly I am prompt to enter my password.
This is frustrating!!!

App is okay at best
Most functions work and it’s a pretty straight forward app. Unfortunately my building sends a lot of messages and there is no easy way to “mark as read” or “empty all” messages out of the inbox.
DISASTER
This building is a complete disaster!
Over priced and Poorly managed
I have lived here for almost six months. The place is overrun with dogs, the grass is dead from them urinating on it. The bugs in the summer are terrible from the retaining pond. The highway noise from 202 is very loud. The parking lot can not accommodate everyone living there because they have so many untaken reserved spots. Sometimes I have to park in the visitor parking lot by the leasing center and tote my groceries from there. Management takes days to respond to your emails and is completely unwilling to help you out when you have a question or concern. You are not allowed to have anything at your front door not even a doormat. They take it and throw it away. The pool is dirty in the summer. Things are stolen from the gym and not replaced. They don’t keep disinfecting wipes in stock at the gym. When I have emailed them about any of the concerns they have no empathy or desire to work on any of them.

Preferred name/displayed name/paying rent
In the new app I see no option for choosing my preferred or displayed name.
In the old app I was able to choose my preferred displayed name (for use in community forums, for example).
Paying rent is a pain in new app- takes you to browser- extremely archaic. Old app allowed you to pay within app.
Are we able to communicate with both north and south towers in this app or only one building? (The email referenced one building only)
