Stopped allowing access

There is no content in it anymore. It was good for a while and I was enjoying it but the app has stopped working all together. I only get a message that says I don’t have internet connection or am running on an old version of the app. There has been no updates to this app and I would like a refund of the money spent on it if it’s not going to be fixed.
