Awful app design
Good eatery but the app design is absolutely horrible. Constantly glitches. Does not consistently reflect dietary features.
Always tracking my location required (?!)- even when not using app
Ridiculous that you cannot use the app unless it is always tracking your location. Happy for it to track no my location when I am using the application, but why does LPQ need to know where I am at all times? I refuse to use.

After many communications with restaurant and corporate staff, I’m happy to say that I’ve finally been able to record and redeem rewards points. The trick is to use the registered phone number, the scan code option still needs work.
Why don’t dev’s care?
Why do the developers just not care that this app continually crashes and has a blank screen when trying to check out? It’s not just the app, the website behaves the same.

What’s the point of having an app if you can’t use the features it has? The cashier said it never works so it isn’t an insolated issue. This happened at 1800 Broadway, Columbus Cir, New York, NY 10019, United States and Fernando was the cashier.

The app used to work, although it wasn’t possible to apply rewards. Now it just crashes or goes to a blank screen.
