This app is horrible, it never syncs with the scale
Needs connection to Apple Health app
Great looking app. It needs to be connected to Apple health app. It seems like there’s room for information like steps, blood pressure etc but it’s not clear as to how I can link the apps so that data can be exchanged.
Bad English
Scales ask you to create an account, just use a fake email, it’s not needed. Some of the outputs like obesity rating doesn’t make sense in English. Results are almost instantaneous but very different between different t scales. Not trust worthy.

You can interchange kg and lbs
With the botton under the scale and it convers automaticly on the app. Hope this help!
Good body metics but no weight unit option (only kg)
I like the app in that the body metrics it measures and the way it displays and tracks in the app are wonderful. There are so many things to track. It’s easy to use for the most part. Only frustrating thing is that there is no option to select weight unit. I live in Canada and we use pounds but the app only allows kilograms. I then have to convert myself every time I want to know where I am at. Would be very useful to have this as an option.

I swim 5-7 miles per week and cycle 20+ miles per week with extreme hill climbing. My doctor said I’m in excellent shape. Yet, this scale seems to think I lack exercise and lack muscle mass. REALLY!?!? I’m talking this stupid thing back.

Easy to create an account, able to connect to scale via Bluetooth fast. Got lots of information on the body unlike other scales/apps

Bought food scales to give me data on calorie content of different foods bit it’s completely inaccurate

Password rules hidden
I can no longer access the app as it has a complicated password rule that is not disclosed so unless I get luck to guess the rule i locked out.

Very Poor Ability To Use
I purchased 2 of these only to be kicked off on my log in. I was using the app for a while. Now I can’t use the app because of very poor log in issues such as logged me out after a while of using.Now the app won’t allow me to create a new password and then it tells you that letters, numbers, symbols. It’s really frustrating. Won’t allow any password.

How disappointing
***UPDATE*** it worked! Do NOT use characters when creating a new password. NUMBERS AND LETTERS ONLY! Still am frustrated with the fact we have no customer service or a customer support email provided on a simple but informative website. I was so pleased with my new scale for almost two weeks and wanted to give them 5 stars but then my account was inconveniently logged out and as I forgot the original password (please write yours down or go get a refund and buy from a more reputable supplier) when trying to create a new password, I constantly received an error message. Beyond frustrating as I followed the instructions. I seen a recent review where someone mentioned not to use characters. Will try that out and report back. The only problem is you literally have 120 seconds as a timer is displayed when you submit your email for forgotten password… the email for me shows up within one minute giving me 60 seconds to create a password. Once you run out of time and continue to receive error message, you cannot request a fresh link for at least 10 minutes. So frustrating, honestly this experience takes away the joy and excitement I once had for this scale. What a waste of hard earned money.
