I open the app to a black screen.. it’s never worked for me

Lead point

Very dissatisfied. Started the app. Now I only have a black screen on this. It says compatible with iOS 9 and above. I’m running 13, but it still will not work. I had an iPhone 5 previously and had no problems.
Please sort this out!!!

Black screen is all you get - dont waste your time

I tried it on iphone and ipad - it just does not open - you just get black screen
