Not recommended! Super duper!
I stay with them for 2 years. Initially, the contract its stated free maintainence of the house. Gradually, they will charge for the repairment of the housing appliances. Second year when I cant find a new place to stay, they increase the rental fee by 150SGD. Changing of light bulb will also charge 70-90SGD. After I moved out, those defect of the house that was not caused by me also charge me. My deposit was deduced those extra charges and transfer back to me after 2month plus. They said they have service and charge you for service charges. Trust me. Their services are super duper poor!
