I can’t determine what services I’m signed up for. Can’t find online information about my accounts.
I just want to reset back to the original account I’ve subscribed to for years. I’ve tried to cancel unwanted subscriptions but you make it very hard to accomplish.

Haven’t made any money
If you keep timing the market with Leaderboard, I do not think it can beat Nasdaq and S&P consistently. Will probably make more money in regular investments in index funds and some good ETFs. I have not made any money with leaderboard except that I had big losses in couple of their stocks picks.
Not what I’m looking for. At all
I downloaded this app hoping to get some good bangers. Especially paying 70 dollars a month. I’m sorry but 70 dollars a month to look at your list of high cap stocks. I don’t know the app was worthless I couldn’t even set up a screener to see what’s looking good for the day. Literally all the information they give for 70 dollars a month is BS. You are much better off trading blind than with this app.

Great stock picks but notifications are confusing
Love the picks but the buys and sells are not clear sometimes.
Leaderboard charts do not render properly
Due to Y-axis every chart looks like a cliff. Hard to see details.

Charting Issues
The Charts are being displayed incorrectly, with the right bar on every timeframe ALWAYS filling the entire vertical space after a second or so making the chart unreadable. Please fix that error asap!
Not Fit For Purpose
IBD products are no longer fit for purpose as CAN SLIM investment tools using William O’Neil’s methodology.
No notifications or resolution from customer service
They can’t get either email or app notifications to work for me and are unable to solve the problem or explain in any way what the problem is - bizarre. It went on for many months and ultimately I had to cancel subscription.
Dynamic font
Please use iPhone’s dynamic font feature for your app. The words are too small on my iPhone screen for me to see. It makes it extremely difficult for me. Please fix this.

Can’t see the charts
I can’t see the charts when I look up a stock. It’s a disaster.
Disappointing
Bought the app and couldn’t get it to work on my IPad shockingly bad for IBD. Now I’m trying chase down a refund and cancellation…. Truly disappointing. If I could have skipped putting any stars I would have

The guys at Investor’s Daily have hit a bunch of home runs with Leaderboard… this tool really is terrific, from the news highlights, to the stock selection, to the terrific chart markups that have been a hallmark of O’Neil companies for decades

Leaderboard seems to have outperformed the broad market. But it is hard to track its performance relative to $spx. It would be good if they maintained a table that showed daily, monthly, quarterly and annual performance relative to $spx.

I bought the app on Apple App Store. My subscription does not carry over to the desktop/laptop. I subscribe to IBD but the leaderboard subscription does not show up along with my other IBD subscriptions. Very weird. More weird is that I could not subscribe to leaderboard from my Mac. Selecting yearly subscription has no effect. Looks like a few things are broken and deployed without full testing.

Leaderboard need to adjust for iPad not just iPhone

And 90% of the content in Leaderboard app is also posted to the free articles on the IBD site. Content regularly doesn’t appear on the LeaderBoard app.
