Half the time the app don’t work.
App doesnt work
I’ve received the same error message for the past three days. I can’t even log into my account. I can’t unlock my card because the app is always having issues. And I’ve opened it before when it should be locked and it says my card is unlocked so I exit the app and open it again and it says it’s locked. It’s not reliable and very annoying. I had to use another card to get gas because I could not unlock this one.

Get rid of it
Pure trash!! App is straight garbage. Always an “error on our end” going on. Customer service is a joke smh. The lil champ dude don’t know anything. The app will say the card is unlocked and isn’t. Gotta keep going back in the app over and over to make sure it’s actually unlocked after you’ve tried to use it now you in line looking stupid or embarrassed. It’s pointless having it. Awesome job on this app smh

Used to work now it doesn’t
I’ve had the app for years and now this app is starting to not work it says it’s unlocked but it not I don’t want to remove the app but it’s getting very frustrating especially when it come to trying to do things that are important then it’s always a issue where it won’t even let you log in
Needs ton of work
The app needs work if you unlock your card it will say it's unlocked but won't actually be unlocked and you will have to keep going in and out of the app to unlock your card
Functions well, should be better integrated
The app overall is alright, it really should be integrated into the mobile app/website, and the interface is outdated and requires a separate login from the regular online banking. In this app or the mobile app, it would be nice if your card auto populated before you received it and gave an option to add it to Apple Pay so we could use it before the physical card arrives. It has a lot of useful features like choosing which categories of purchases to block and notification control, just is dated and should be integrated with the main Leaders app.

Terrible app
Have to continuous go in and unlock frozen card even when I think it’s unlocked it isn’t, now it has completely logged me out can’t get back in it and when I try to reset my password it won’t let me put my full username in there to reset it this app is terrible would not recommend to anyone

I can’t get into the app to unlock my card the app isn’t working 😡 and customer support wasn’t any help.

Garbage, always an error message. I have to login multiple times when locking and unlocking my card. This is the worst mobile card app I’ll ever used! When will the bugs be fixed???!

Essentially Useless
How can I report a card lost via the app but not request a new card via the app? Those things go hand in hand. Yet another way that Leaders is trying to be a modern financial institution but is missing the mark.

Biometrics Not Working
Biometrics will not work until I enter my password manually. This defeats the whole purpose
Keeps login/locking me out.
“Use Biometrics” is basically null. It’s inconsistent and continuously requires login information. There’s always an error message, wether I put it in correctly (“still can’t verify”) or incorrectly (“incorrect info”). It uses Face ID like I’ve entered too many attempts already ?? Need bug fixes.
Useful & Easy Updates
Both Leaders CU apps are so useful! This app is especially useful to set up alerts on my debit card, as well as, giving me the option to lock my card if lost or stolen! Thank you LCU for helping protect my wallet!
GREAT UPDATE!
Super useful now! No longer have to waste time calling in if I can’t find my card or am traveling somewhere!
Piece of crap app
Can’t even register, keeps saying my name is not typed right. Good job Leaders on a killer app. What a joke!
