Don't bother
What rubbish. Waste of money. Achieved nothing in that garden tending a vine. Just a few random motivational words at the end of a poor visualisation. Voice forced , not relaxing and sounded like she was just bored and reading from a script.
Not very good at all
I didn't find it relaxing at all, the lady's voice is annoying. Might be alright for other people though.
