About

Most leadership development happens in workshops you forget by Monday. LeaderWise makes it a daily habit instead: one question, three minutes, grounded in published research rather than opinion. Each day you get a single question about how you actually lead. Answer it with a tap and you get the thinking behind your answer, not a score. If you want to go further, a coach picks up from exactly what you said. WHAT YOU GET One question a day, chosen for where you are rather than at random Four honest answers to every one of the 260 questions, each with what it means A coach that already knows the question and your answer, so it carries on instead of asking again Progress across 17 areas of leadership, from decision making to navigating conflict All 42 frameworks explained in the app, with the book each question came from BUILT ON PUBLISHED WORK DARE to Lead (Brené Brown), Psychological Safety (Amy Edmondson), Adaptive Leadership (Heifetz), Radical Candor (Kim Scott), Multipliers (Liz Wiseman), Nonviolent Communication (Rosenberg), Wisdom at Work (Chip Conley), The Power Paradox (Dacher Keltner), and 33 more. Every question names the work it came from, so you can follow it back. CHOOSE WHAT COMES UP MORE Pick up to three areas you want to work on and those come up more often. You still get a mix, because the thing you are avoiding is usually the thing worth reading. THREE MINUTES, NOT AN EVENING No streaks to protect, no badges. A daily reminder if you want one, and nothing if you do not.

Tapping a topic under Coach now opens with a question instead of a guess about what is going on. If the coach loses its connection it says so, and your message goes back in the box so you can send it again. When Apple sign-in fails, it now explains what happened and points you to signing in with your email.
