Love Realeflow been with them since 2010. This app is great - would like to see the mapping updated to automatically follow your location as your driving areas. Right now we have to manually move the screen to follow the blue dot when driving
Inaccurate wholesale scores
The app is great for locating properties and owner information but if you’re a wholesaler I wouldn’t pay much attention to the sellability scores. I’m regularly getting entire areas where the wholesale value is just 0. I would agree with this if it was business owned, not distressed and recently bought but that’s simply not the case. Most of the properties I’m noticing this on are individually owned, highly distressed and have been owned for years. Do not be discouraged. Market to the 0s and ignore the sellability scores. Clearly something is wrong information wise on their end. Never know which one of those so called 0s is a hot lead and clearly they don’t either. Hope to see this fixed. Or possibly a breakdown of why it’s a 0 so I can compare my information to what the app has.

App doesn't work
I've reached out to support and never got a response back. The one time I talk to a rep he hung up and didn't call back!!! Horrible customer service!!! Do not recommend this app!!!
So far off it’s useless
I looked at multiple homes in my neighborhood, including mine, and they were off by 800 sqft each. Deleted app immediately.

It’s a stab in the dark at a deep dive data pull that just doesn’t work.

I can’t believe how easy this app is to use and the tools are awesome, especially for a free app. I can call a homeowner and/or send them a postcard while I’m standing on the sidewalk looking at the house! And I can already tell that the Sellability Scores are going to be super useful!
Amazing Free App
I can’t believe this is completely free. I’ve spent thousands of $$’s to access this level of detailed data. The skiptracing is accurate and sending postcards has never been so easy. GAME CHANGER!!!
