Poor support from Leadific 0 star rating
Over the last week I’ve had issues with my VOIP phone number provided by Leadific. I have an excellent marketer, however he is always having to fix this app when I have issues. No fault of his own. Leadific has poor customer support. As of now I cannot even receive business calls into my business phone. I’ll be checking into Go High Level.

This App is amazing!
To all of the little cry baby’s in here who claim it to be a scam. Your clearly lacking the basic knowledge here that he is providing. I’m guessing that you cry baby’s don’t even know how to run a business. Your just 9-5 middle class leaches who are looking for someone’s shoes to step on. Get a life. Back to the app. This opportunity is amazing! He is allowing us to put OUR brand names on this app and sell it as if it was our own. He built out a product for us to sell as our own and make a fortune out of. $400 a month for this is pricey but all you gotta do is find one client and that client’s monthly payment will pay for the app for u. Then you can put source to dozens more businesses and charge each of them $400 a month. This is not a scam clearly the complainers don’t know what a scam is. So I highly recommend this app to anyone!

Great kick start to my business
I’m not real technical, but the app is easy enough to use. It brings me tons of leads, and support team is amazing.
Almost Perfect But Good Enough
I’ve been using this for my agency for over a year now and I really like the new features that keep rolling out.
I like the automations and the integrations it has. If you take the time to sit down and really learn all of its capabilities, it is a very powerful system.
But with so much power, there’s a lot of bugs and issues. One of the things that annoys me is that sometimes the red notification stays on even after I read an unread message. I usually have to quit the app, reopen and then it’ll go away.
Sometimes it is a little slow and other times, if you don’t use the app, you’ll stop getting the messages that come through this platform.
I made an automation that sends me a text alert when a new message comes, but that can get annoying too when there’s a ton of messages just coming in, so I have to pause it.
Anyways, it’s really good for the most part with a few little caveats. I do recommend it if your an agency owner or thinking of becoming one.

Great and very useful Software!
I’m a small business owner and I started using this lead tool because one of my partners highly recommended it to me!!
I recommend only getting this app if you have someone who can help guide you like my friend did. If it was not for him, I’d feel like I wasted money due to the learning curve.
This is useful for anybody who’s already planing on getting lead and following up. And have an outline and pre-defined scope of work so you can just focus on helping your customers as the come to you.
