Keeps getting stuck

I’ve tried multiple times, but every time it says I’ve been matched with a lender and proved for X amount the app freezes while connecting to my bank.

It’s a scam the app says it will never ask for sensitive banking information but it won’t allow you to create an account without providing your account and routing number first. Don’t waste your time.
