UIUX is absolutely horrendous
Let’s just say the product is so bad I started researching which company decided to release this product out into the market. Using the app causes so much friction it’s like they never did any user research into user behaviors, or even understand best practices. Navigation through the app does not follow typical logic.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. Clicking on “forgot password” didn’t work.
Garbage Apps
Garbage apps. Clicked reset password and nothing happens. There is no value at all from this apps. Nothing to see, nothing to do in the apps.
No customer service to assist
Ask for forgot password yet no reset email link received. Ask for delete account nothing happened. Worst app for community.
Poor performance
Very laggy, slow, and pretty useless notification that only delivered after app is active

Can’t view Wall at all. App crash every time I try to view the wall.

Full of bug after update to ios 15.2. Even smart lock cannot be used
