The app does not work
The app just get stuck on loading screen after logging in, the app does not work at all, please fix
Not loading
It’s getting stuck and not loading anything after I’ve logged in even after waiting for quite a while
App is sooooooo confusing
The interface is basically non functional. Through numerous menus to get to your cards. There’s parts that are league and parts that are your insurance company. Basically takes forever to find anything and crashes constantly. Random error messages constantly. Almost as bad of a user experience as crave. Support is incredibly dismissive.

Submit claim
No idea why the “Submit Claim” isn’t posted right in the home page. Always have to waste time clicking around to remember where it’s buried
Doesn’t work gives error when trying to login not associated with login info
Trash app is terrible as a health benefit management app seems to be more concerned with selling their overpriced products that they shove in your face when all you want is your benefits info and can’t use the website to bypass the app not working immediately tries to kick you to the app after successfully logging in

Best app for benefits out there
This is the best app for benefits, info, help and submitting a claim. Easy to use, and the customer service is always there to help in a timely manner. I believe every company should be using their services and have their employees connected to this app
Can't update on mobile iPhone XS Max
It keeps saying update but nothing happens.

App doesn’t work is signing in through Google or Apple ID
Needs to be fixed. Doesn’t work on the website either unless you sign in then refresh the page
App Doesnt load
Every time I try to load the app, all I see is a blank screen after attempting to log in.

I haven’t been able to use the app for 6 months because after sign in it goes to a white screen.

Frustrating standing at the dentist trying to get plan info and the app just freezes on the loading screen on my iPhone and the league website wants you to “use the app it’s better”

Cannot see Coverage
I’m unable to see all of my Coverage since the last app update.
App crashes every time.
On a brand new iPhone 16, the app crashes when opening "get care, view benefits and coverage, and finally wallet. The app immediately crashes. After uninstalling and reinstalling, the app crashes like before. Direct support for the app seems nigh impossible to find.
Blank screen after I attempt to log in
The worst part about this service is that when the app doesn’t work, you can’t log into the website on your mobile device because it only redirects you to the app. Even if you request the desktop version of the website, it won’t load. The effective result is being unable to access my employment benefits if I don’t have PC access — including health insurance information.

Does not work
The app does not open when I log in. Works fine on a computer
Does not load after login have to reinstall every time
I have to keep deleting the app after every use and reinstalling it again as once you sign out it does not reload when you login again with credentials. Just get a blank page with league sign on top of the page. How do I resolve this. It’s a pain to download over and over again when you want to use it.
