New Banner (mobile app)
Not a fan of the new banner at bottom of mobile app … needless use of prime screen space and haven’t found way to turn off or minimize

If you click on the line at the very top of the navigational banner, it will hide itself.
THE App for Leagues
All my leagues are managed via this app. While the interface may be a bit dated, everything you need is here. The web interface provides added functionality as well. Customer service has always been very responsive.

Done
I subscription expired and now it won’t let me back in. I follow the emails and nothing works for logging back in and paying for the app. Usually the app just renews out of my Apple Pay but not this time and I’m done trying to figure it out
Too many ads
Seems sketchy. Even as a paid subscriber the email to pay is very full of ads. Unfortunately it’s the app my house uses. Seems outdated and not very user friendly.
Can’t use the app if they won’t let you 🤷🏻♂️
Can’t register for new account, tried at least 7-8 tries before giving up on this app. Just repeatedly sends you back to the login page. Tried using the website, same results. Absolutely useless

Subscription
Not paying that much to view 2 leagues. Way too expensive. If I was a pro I understand, but for an average weekly bowler no way. When is was free great but 155.00. That’s why I am giving it a 1 star. It was great when is was free..

Great app, glad to have it. Wish more leagues were signed up to do it. Sure it’s not perfect, but you’ll be happy you downloaded.

AS & PRO still showing on recaps and schedule. I paid for no ads & ever since then these pages have it all across them. I could see everything when it was free just had to put up with ads. Already contacted support and get the run around to contact someone else. Please FIX it

Red Lines
How am I seeing red lines that hides some of the information?
Horrible app
The app does maybe a fraction and I mean a fraction of what the League Secretary website does. I just don't understand why the app can't run as many reports as the web version. I mean the data is already there it's simply just a function of adding an interface or button that asks the app to run a report that is already compiled. It shows zero effort on the developers end.

Garbage app!!!!
I paid to have a membership for bowling leagues! And now it says I don’t have a freaking membership when I try to get signed into this janky developed app.

When the app works it’s awesome. But it’s crashed and signed me out and won’t allow to sign back in more than I can use

Wont let me sign in! My email address keeps repeating “wrong format”. Cannot reset. Keeps kicking me out! Worst app ive ever seen. Give it up!
App changed
My app was working fine & suddenly I was signed out of app. When I was able to get signed back in, it had my information but said my subscription was expired. Checked my subscription & I paid for a year beginning in October 2024. Tried to locate an email or way to contact someone but could not.
Update: support got back to me & sent me my password & user name to log in. I already had that & had been logged in but my subscription said expired. They told me if I had a subscription I needed to send them my receipt for it — which I did. Thankfully, that was simple to find in my apple subscriptions. I did find it odd that I had to prove my subscription though. My app is now back up & working & I am happy with it.

What a bummer…
Before the last update, it was a nice and convenient to check on league standings but now it wants me to log in to do what I’ve been doing for a while now… unfortunate bummer and will not be using the app
Awful
Nothing at all works on this app, including signing in and password resets.
Used to be decent
I guess the app updated and logged me out. Wont allow me to log back in. Request password change and receive nothing. Wound up paying for the app in August because the avalanche of ads to navigate anything was ludicrous. Hopefully they fix it soon before summer leagues start.

The Update has bugs
OK, I'm glad we have Bowling League Secretary app back up and was updated. Can you please fix the Bowler's names and averages looks like it only will allow 51 names from any league to show Bowl's name and average under Bowler management thank you.
