Horrible support
Have sent 3 emails trying to get help and no response whatsoever. You guys have got to do better.
Can’t Connect Account to my Name
The whole point of the app is to connect to your name to track leagues and pay, but it’s apparently registered to someone else’s account somehow. On top of that their support is horrible and won’t response even after months of trying to contact them.

This app is the best League app there is because I can review previous weeks without having stress about taking pictures about our previous weeks so this app is the best but I don't think the join button works if only not for my bowling league, but this is the best app ever, so no more asking for a previous papers that your boss of the league does not have, it is all controlled by this one app, thank you for making this app

Too many issues to list. I don’t wanna waste anymore of my time than I have to. This app is already stressed me out and wasted my time enough. just be for warned you’re not going to have a pleasant experience.
Truly terrible
The navigation is so incredibly clunky and not intuitive at all. I don’t receive my league’s emails despite my email address being in my app profile. The instructions the app sent me to sign up for emails don’t match any of the actual navigation. Nothing makes sense.

The payment for my PBA membership is messed up and won’t take any card I give! In this amazing app I went to contact support for no one to help me in 4 days. Good luck getting in touch with any support!
Simple
Just downloaded this, since I just joined league. It was easy and effortless. Registered, looked around the app, entered my league name, and got in and saw my stats and that’s it. Felt easy and fast, no hiccups for me
Horrible App
This app was just released for PBA competition, which it clearly was not designed for. Please go back to R2 sports. This app is horrible. Very slow, not user friendly, and doesn’t have most of the information PBA members need access to. Literally nothing works. For $325/year dues, you should be able to come up with something better than this disaster.

Customer support non existent
Can’t get anyone to respond to the fact that I was kicked out. Then said my email didn’t exist. Then when I sign up again it says my account is already claimed. I know several with this same issues.

When’s the next update
Would like more realtime updates and scores, also can’t see if I paid dues in certain leagues and see averages? please update
Contents are zoomed in too much
Please adjust the web and iOS app so that more contents (including scores in landscape) are viewable without excessive scrolling. It’s “zoomed in” too much
Why even have an app?
Why even have an app if you are just using a webview. It’s such a pain trying to do anything on the app. A native iOS experience would be so much nicer.
App is not working
App is not working I got the app it is saying check your internet connection and it is white screen
Search function
My original review was harsh but the search function needs work. Can’t find your bowling alley and it always defaults to alleys nowhere near your location. To find your league you need to search for the EXACT name of the league then it might come up.

Search is totally broke. Zip codes, alley addresses good luck you’ll never find your league.

Hello! We're sorry you're having difficulty finding your league in the league lobby. The search supports League Name, Center Name, and Zip Code as the field states. Please do utilize one of those search queries and should be able to find your league. Additionally if you enable location services when on this page it will automatically use your location to find centers/leagues nearest to you. Terrible Functionality and Poor Design
This app is horrendous. It makes it so difficult to look at and track leagues.
No customer support
Been trying to get ahold of anyone at this company for weeks, have sent several emails. No responses at all or assistance in fixing their incorrect mapping of users to random people and teams.
