The app for this product is worth zero you cannot login you cannot sync it to your phone. You cannot sync the device to a Wi-Fi tech-support is worthless.

The hardware itself has been solid from the beginning. The App and Platform have come a long way since the early days, and the latest version adds the two things that were needed the most: water usage history and push notifications.
Product is new but not yet mature.
Basic system has leak detect test and manual shutoff with flow rate at time of request (and a water quality measurement). Advertised capability is real time water usage monitoring with recorded history and logical auto shutoff - but unknown if this capability will ever be provided. So baseline product is way too expensive as product can only be purchased through a plumbing company. Plumbing companies push product as it maximizes their product and they do not communicate product limitations. Other products offer more capability with self purchase/install - cost comparison is 4x compared to competition if self installed. Currently app has no monthly fee (with no guarantee it will stay that way). Also no local access to device is allowed. All data and scheduled leak test goes to cloud server - a significant negative. Maybe someday product will provide advertised capability. Until then, it is way too expensive with less capabilities compared to competitors.
