Worth It
Setup is certainly time consuming and often tedious, but to know my customers’ homes are potentially protected from even minor water damage (depending on source & location) outweighs any headache of the initial programming. The LeakSmart system allows peace of mind and a better sense of control while away by providing an immediate shut down of a main water supply line after the valve. Recommend a minimum of six sensors for a three bath house and adding an additional hub for maximum range if providing coverage for a larger (multi-story) home, requires electrical outlets and internet with router.
