Extremely worse water part
I had to call the company who installed our new water heater and technician stated that the water valve is defective. I remotely recycle the water pump with no results. Technician replaced the valve with a new one. Old water valve keeps sending me errors. Take this device off the market.
Not enough information
The UI is very poor lack of information. You need to call tech support to find the RSS value just to see if the placement of the sensor is good. Also I have added their extenders for better coverage but the extenders don’t show on the app so again you need to call tech support just to see if the extenders are connected to the system.

Events list is slow to update. Events and valve state can be out of sync due to delays.
Valve shows closed but last event says Opened.

Simply doesn’t work
I had a professional installer recommend this product and paid over $1,000 for the sensors, hub and plumbing install. After 2 weeks of back and forth with the professional installer and LeakSmart the system doesn’t work and hub will not connect to the internet.
After weeks figured out how to finally connect - I guess apostrophes (which are used by default in Macs) don’t work for them in the WiFi name.
Just had a toilet overflow...of course, this product was of no help because the hub for whatever reason wasn’t connected to the internet.
I really regret buying this product.
