5S at its best for an app
Excellent tool that allows you to either create a 5S or 6S audit (I’m OG and stayed with 5S). You get to create your own audit questions or use the default statements. I stayed with the default statements. But it is really easy to edit and add your own! All plotted on a Radar Chart I could share with others. Very cool app!

Useful App for organizing any 5S project
I was a bit hesitant to pay for this or any app, but I found the functionality of this app EXCEPTIONAL in its application, and well worth the price! The app allows you to select from a list of default statements for each S, or create your own S category;and then edit those statements or create your own customized statements. Each statement is then scored and plotted on adynamic Radar Chart. The app also allows text and images to be added for each S. The PDF report presents a Radar Chart along with the various statements and scores in a concise format to share. I found this app to be very flexible in its use as well as easy to make it your own!
Beyond the ability to just document the 5S process, as well as customize any of part of it, the app allows for assigning and tracking Action Items with a dynamic Action Item Board. The Learnings and associated quiz is helpful as a reference inunderstanding the topic.
Having the data on the Cloud, I can easily migrate from my iPhone to my iPad with the data.

5S that is practical!
I found this app to provide all the necessary functionality to create a 5 or 6S audit with default statements that can be edited. Also, there is the ability to create your own customized statements. Statements are then scored on a 1-5 scale that is visually conveyed in a Radar Chart!
Action Items can be assigned, along with copy of the PDF containing all data. I found this app very intuitive and easy to use!

5S - Very helpful tool
I just purchased this and found it very practical. I create my own 5S audit and shared it via sending it as a PDF. It worked exactly as stated in the store description! Nice!

Very Useful App
This app complements our training material. It is an excellent tool that allows you to create your own customized 5S audit. Plus, the “learnings” component is very helpful if you’re doing your first (or 100th) 5S.
