Nice way to organize project information in a concise format. Keeps you on track.
The apps main function provides a framework for learning numerous lean and quality tools relative to the D-M-A-I-C methodology as well as allowing you to document with text and images each main reporting section. The DMAIC report is conveyed on a one-page PDF document all text and images for each of the sections and is included in the full PDF Report. This app also has included a Prepare phase that offers some good suggestion prior to starting the DMAIC process. When adding text and images to each of the sections, there is a helpful menu or list of suggested questions referred to as Lean Thinking Statements as a guide to ensure each part of the DMAIC process is as complete as possible.
