Innovative kaizen planning tool with tons of helpful ideas
Four types of Kaizen workshops are well-defined in the Learnings section of this app. I have found using this app and its suggested activities for the various phases of a Kaizen event very helpful. It allows us to have a solid game plan for our continuous improvement projects. The functionality allows meto select from a list of default statements for the various phases of a Kaizen Event. This assists to ensure the main activities are not overlooked, as well as provide insights into activities that a team leader may have overlooked.
We are using this app to standardize our approach to continuous improvement. We have modified a Kaizen Event with our naming convention as well as the activities associated with each. The defaults provided in each of the pre-defined phases provided a solid foundation for us to select form as well as added our own. Very helpful app!
